Simple Greek Chicken / by Shelby Torrese

INGREDIENTS
1lb chicken breast, dried and sliced
2 minced garlic cloves (or omit if sensitive)
Juice of 1 lemon (about 2 tbsp)
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp red chili flakes
2 tbsp oregano
1/4 cup parsley
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

DIRECTIONS ✨
1. Preheat oven to 400°F
2. Prep your chicken then transfer to a bowl
3. Juice the lemon and mince the garlic, then add to chicken
4. Add remaining ingredients to chicken, and combine
5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and bake for 15 minutes, flipping half-way through
7. Broil for an additional minute.
8. Remove from heat and let set for 5ish minutes
9. Chop and enjoy!
